PRICE IS DOUBLED, TRIPLED, ETC. PER CHARACTER+$5 for shading (not applicable to renders)

+$20 for background/scenecomplex designs are anything that would make my hand hurt after drawing it 3 times consecutively. difficult patterns, lots of accessories, etc.full renders are separate from shaded pieces. they're cleaned and colored sketches with dynamic lighting meant to look more realistic while staying stylized.

general terms
won't draw nsfw
please write clearly and concisely on the google form. the more precise you are, the more accurate i can be.
clear reference photos are required. i will not work from descriptions. keep in mind that refence photos can be flexible; as long as you have a faceclaim or a pinterest board of clothes for your character, we won't have any issues.
i will not sell you any of my adopts/designs if you have not completed payment for a previous adopt/design that i have made.
i have the right to refuse your commission/payment at any time for any reason.
payment
all commissions must be paid in full upfront—either usd via paypal or da points via deviantart.
price may increase depending on the complexity of the character.
there are no refunds after i've started or finished the commission.
if you are unable to pay or refuse to, i cannot accept your payment/commission.
progress photos + completion dates
wip photos will be provided in every stage of a commission (ie. sketch, lineart, colors, rendering, etc)
if you need a commission done by a particular deadline, inform me beforehand on discord. i will shift my queue to make sure you get your product in time.
your satisfaction matters to me. there is no extra fee for changes, but if you want a piece redrawn, it will cost the same as a full commission.
if, under any circumstance, i am not able to complete your commission within 3 weeks, i will notify you ASAP.
copyright + usage policy
i hold every right to the product; therefore i can use it to promote myself on social media. if you do not want your product on my social media, please inform me beforehand.
- i will not claim your character/design as my own.YOU AS THE COMMISSIONER:
you may not alter or remove my watermark.
- you may not use my artwork in any ai training model/program or nft projects.
- you may not use the artwork for commercial use/profit/merchandise.
- you may post/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to me.
INFRINGEMENT OF THESE TERMS CAN AND WILL BE MET WITH LEGAL ACTION.
